i appreciate it so much more. the feeling that at first, catches you off guard. then it consumes you. despite your better judgement you get lost in it. you get swallowed up by the person of your dreams. you begin to trust, and trust is soon followed by love. the love that you thought you'd never find. the love that made you breathe again. that holds you up. that gives you purpose. its the first thing that wakes you up on a cold winter day. you know? the day you'd usually rather stay in and watch weird documentaries or harry potter and drink hot chocolate. but then you remember that feeling, and suddenly you want to have a snow ball fight with that person. bundle up and go on an adventure with that person. its the love that heals you, that protects you. the one you look forward to every day. you lift me up, consistently. you've been everything i've ever wanted and more.
i think everyone deserves that.
never give up on finding that.
and once you do, fight like hell to keep it.
